The location is quiet and well situated. Near the river it can get very cold, but the heaters and electric blanket kept the room warm.

We were greeted by a cozy fire in the main house as a cold front rolled in. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and supplied everything we needed. The garden is beautiful, and the electric blankets and pure cotton bedding were wonderful. There was nothing to dislike.

I arrived to a spot that was spotless and welcoming, but the booking process was a hassle. The bathroom wasn’t in our room and nobody told us beforehand, not even on the app. The staff seemed unsure about payments and room assignments when we checked in, which made things awkward.
