The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make up for the cockroach infestation in the rooms. I booked three rooms, hoping the problem would be isolated, but all of them had the same issue. Needless to say, I didn't get a good night's sleep, and the experience wasn't worth the money I paid.

“Not fit to stay”

I was really underwhelmed by this hotel - there was nothing to like about it. On the other hand, the staff did provide some decent amenities like tissues and air conditioning, and the fans were surprisingly quiet. Still, it wasn't enough to redeem the overall lackluster experience.

“Worst”

My experience at this hotel was a disaster from the start. Even after booking, the staff at the reception counter told me they had no rooms available, and to make matters worse, they also said there were no taxis to be found. I was left to navigate the city alone at night, struggling to carry my luggage.

I was shocked and disappointed when I arrived at this hotel to be told that it was full, despite having a confirmed booking. When I showed them my booking details, they still refused to allocate me a room, displaying a very unprofessional approach. Needless to say, I would advise others to avoid booking through this hotel.

“Worst experience”

This hotel was a complete letdown - there was nothing good to say about it. The room was subpar, and it was clear that the hotel was not taking care of its guests. Needless to say, it was the worst place I've stayed in a long time.
