A nice, roomy house with a stunning view and very good beds. Not perfect, but you have to get used to the drainage pump; it still makes some noise. Otherwise, gorgeous.

Beautiful views and a very spacious house for two couples! There’s a lot of humidity, especially downstairs, which made sleeping less comfortable. They had a dehumidifier that helped, but only if we kept bedroom doors open. Luckily it was summer, so we could air the house during the day by opening windows.

Overall everything was great; spacious areas that allow dogs, and my dog had a good time. We barely cooked, just slept, so the stay was spacious and well equipped for what we made. Large tables, a balcony with excellent views, and a porch to relax. The rooms were large, comfortable, clean, and there were two well‑furnished bathrooms. We cooked little but the kitchen was well equipped. The washer, dishwasher, and extractor hood were all present; the hood was very good, no smoke when cooking—I’d want that in my home. The location was a 10‑stone throw from Zarautz; another day we went to Getaria, a must‑visit, another to Mundaka, and of course we went to Donostia. We’ll repeat it; it left my friends with a wish we had more days, and it’s very easy to get there and appreciate the peace and balcony views. The only improvement could be better Wi‑Fi coverage on the upper floor; it came and went, and since we worked online it was necessary, but in the rooms it was fine. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, perhaps because of coverage, but we didn’t spend much time at home.

The lounge offers a very green, calming view, with the sea visible at Zarautz and a 189‑degree panorama over the hills; there’s plenty of space for families and the kitchen is well equipped. The downstairs toilet’s pump is noisy, and while the area is generally humid a dehumidifier is supplied.
