Federico is an amazing host who welcomed us warmly with coffee, homemade wine, and snacks while offering plenty of tips about the area. The breakfast was delicious and well‑served, featuring a variety of homemade pastries. We stayed in a brand‑new, modern, comfortable, and spacious room. The bus stop is right nearby, letting you use the Trento pass for free travel to the centre in 10‑15 minutes. The location is peaceful and quiet, truly recommended!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and modern. I want to highlight the excellent cleanliness and the breakfast, which was prepared with great care. Federico was a very friendly and attentive host. It is 10 minutes by car from Trento’s centre, literally on the hill, so the view was privileged.

Everything was wonderful: the room, the bathroom, the cleanliness. The location is a quiet oasis just steps from Trento. The breakfast is genuine and plentiful, with a truly good strudel. Federico is a very kind, helpful host who gives great advice. I’ll definitely return!

This was our first lodging on our two‑week Italo/Franco road trip, and what a start! Fantastic! The location is brilliant (amazing view), the room is beautiful (modern yet cosy), everything is extremely clean, and breakfast was phenomenal. On top of that, Federico was an excellent host—very helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot! We’ll definitely come back! :)
