The overall experience, the beautiful room and bathroom, the breakfast and the staff—especially Charlotte and Harrison—made me feel instantly relaxed, at home, and comfortable as a solo traveler for the two nights I stayed. The only suggestion I have is to offer fresh fruit or fruit salad with breakfast, which is usually available but wasn’t on those days, and I didn’t ask.

The location is central, the newly renovated room is nice and comfortable, but there is no shower.

Getting an upgrade to a larger room with a bath on arrival was a bonus! The best part of our stay was the amazing staff—every request was answered with a firm “yes” or “of course, no problem.” Customer service and satisfaction were nailed. Food was good too. The bedding, specifically the quilt on our bed, needed a change, and some towels were past their best.

It was clean and tidy; we arrived as planned late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, and we left early in the morning, so we didn’t stay for breakfast. It’s close to the sea front, and the rooms were nice. Parking is hard to find and difficult.

I didn’t have it because they don’t start service until 7 am. The building was fine. Nothing special. The walk takes you to a completely different building, and the directions are not clear.
