“Outstanding hotel in Kochi”
The spot is fantastic and linked to a mall. Food is available all the time, the variety is great, and there’s a cinema too. The hotel allowed a child, but a fee was added at check‑in; it might have been a system glitch but it shouldn’t happen. It doesn’t fit the brand.

The location near the mall was convenient. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room well.

The hotel is clean, modern, and beautiful, inside a mall with a nice view and close to markets like Ajmal and Al‑Nafas. The price is too high.
The hotel is stunning with a refined room design that feels quite different from the usual hotel aesthetics I've seen; it pays tribute to the artist Ettach, known for his luxurious, contemporary interiors that mirror the local art. The ventilation is comfortable because the rooms are open on both sides, and the bathrooms are practical and cozy with a unique design. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional, especially the relations officer and chef (Berthish), who were very helpful and cheerful. The food was elegant, well presented, and featured a range of dishes, including special items like paneer cheese and hamour fillet. We also appreciated the courteous service from the lady (Fada), who served us a special cupcake. The team celebrated our departure by offering us a slice of gâteau, and they were kind and friendly throughout.
