The bed was comfortable and the capsule had a pleasant vibe with a stunning view and the location was awesome. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers was unacceptable; it seems the cleaning crew dumps floor‑wash water into the men’s showers. All the drain holes and shower floors were full of dust, grime, and stains. The men’s facilities were filthy with urine smell on the toilet and floor. The seating areas were dirty with food residue. I was really disappointed by the lack of cleanliness.
