The breakfast was hearty, the location is ideal for exploring the northern loop, nearby conveniences are handy, service is excellent, and the owner added non‑slip mats to the bathrooms for extra safety; every detail shows the owner’s care. However, all rooms are on the second or third floor, so those with mobility issues should consider that.

The rooms are distinctive, bedding and bathroom fixtures are good, the owner is polite, and the breakfast and coffee are tasty. It’s a shame the inn is far from town, but that distance lets you enjoy quiet evenings and mornings, and the roof offers views of the fireworks from the distant festival.

Everything left a strong impression: the building is historically significant, the interior matches modern tastes, rooms are tidy and spacious, the rooftop balcony lets you watch the sunset, and the food is delicious! Most importantly, the owner’s family is very welcoming and warm, making it a truly hospitable stay.
