The value for money was good, the place was clean and the facilities were adequate, but I was confused about the check‑in number and had to ask for it; an email beforehand would have been better.

There was a sink in the room, but the internet was slow and the amenities were hard to reach.

It was cheap, but the area felt like an office district and the transport options for leisure were somewhat inconvenient.

I never had to meet the staff face‑to‑face, yet the check‑in went smoothly and there were no particular issues.
