The room was sooooo spacious, comfortable, and clean, but there was street noise, which is beyond your control.

The bed was very comfy, the room was clean and modern, and it was a great size, but it was a little noisy because there was no soundproofing in the rooms.

The place was clean, the staff friendly, and it was close to shops, but the car park had many potholes and needed leveling.

The value for money was awesome, the staff were friendly and safe, but the place was not clean and tidy.

Walked in smell of disinfectant too strong. Stains on carpet. Felt grubby the person on desk showed us other rooms. Substandard! I couldn't breathe. Wasn't going to bother checking sheets. Reception person unhelpful. Due to consumers act guarantee it did not pass. We should have been fully refunded. Went to another hotel. Better standard
