The room was roomy, well‑located, and offered good privacy; one security guard was friendly. The TV had few channels, the food was subpar and expensive, and there was no meet‑and‑greet at the F&B venues. No staff was present, and neither the executive nor the manager walked around the property, leaving guests feeling disconnected and lacking warmth.

The room was spacious with an amazing view—sea on one side and lake on the other. The location was a bit far from the markets and the town.
