Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cedar Park

The toilets and tub were clean, but we booked a Queen room and received a king room that required a futon for sleeping. The room stank, and the AC was very old and rustic.

“My stay was great overall but it could have also been better.”

I appreciated the hospitality and the extra amenities that many hotels take for granted; I forgot my toiletries and they gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste, which was everything I needed. Breakfast was actually edible, and the coffee machine was one of my favorites. The laundry room and its price were super reasonable, making it better overall than most hotels I’ve stayed at. However, I didn’t like that the foldable sofa bed didn’t come with bedsheets; when I asked for them, the front‑desk person only gave me a blanket. I called to have it prepared ahead of time but no one answered, so I had to speak to someone in person and my needs weren’t met. The experience varied with staff—some were very helpful and nice, but the lack of sheets and an extra set in the room was definitely the worst part.

“Great hotel and convenient location”

The location was great, close to the HEB center, the room was comfortable, free breakfast and great AC; the door creaked slightly but that was nothing major.

The location was great, the facility overall clean, staff friendly, breakfast good; but the beds were too soft and felt broken down, making it hard to sleep because I need a firm bed for my back.
