“Overall experience was excellent”
The location was great and the front desk staff were very polite and courteous. The downside was that we could hear the band/music at the bar across the street until 2am.

The location was fine. However, the room wasn’t clean when we arrived and there was no housekeeping.

The front desk clerk who handled my check‑in was absolutely wonderful, and the hotel’s location is great for the price. However, the bathroom floor had clearly not been swept in a while—cobwebs in the corners and other people’s hair clumps were visible.

The floors in my room were filthy and really needed shampooing.
