The boutique hotel was stunning in beauty and design, perfectly situated for exploring Umbria; the breakfast was small but very fresh and high‑quality; the pool was indulgent; our room was spacious, clean, and lovely; host Francesco was available for any question, helped us arrange wine tastings, and allowed a late check‑out when our flight was delayed; getting there was straightforward.

A little slice of paradise to reset and reconnect, though a few extra services—especially in the room—would make it truly excellent.

The view of Narni was superb; the pool was in a beautiful, private spot, large enough for two people to swim comfortably; the garden was beautiful, spacious, and well‑maintained; there was covered parking for cars; the staff were very friendly and helpful :) Everything looked better than in the photos, but there was one thing missing.
