The hotel is in a very central spot, the staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The room was spacious and pleasant, though a bit dated. The bathroom fixtures were old, the shower head was uninviting, difficult to turn on and off, and the water didn’t flow properly.

A decent place to spend a night in Puno. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly. The décor could use a refresh, the mattresses felt hard, and I’d personally remove the carpet.

The hotel really shines with its comfort, impeccable cleanliness, excellent service, and a very good restaurant. However, I’d like to point out that the bathroom in the room has a high‑tech system with jacuzzi, hydro‑massage, Turkish sauna, radio, and music. Unfortunately, neither I nor the hotel staff knew how to use it, so we only managed to turn on the regular shower and set the temperature. It’s a shame that such a costly and modern setup goes unused due to lack of staff training. Aside from that, the overall experience was very good.
