The alternative accommodation was offered, but the host’s lack of welcome was shocking; a shy woman appeared and gave me an alternative room instead of the one I had booked, and I didn’t refuse because I didn’t want to leave. I was not asked for documents and she demanded the tourist tax. I hope the booking platform distances itself from such situations.

The location is good, just a two‑minute walk from the historic center, yet the check‑in was unattended, no staff were available to meet guests’ needs, the room lacked hairdryers even after multiple requests, and the linen change was never done. The services were nonexistent and the breakfast was poor.

La posizione buona, stanza ampia. C'era odore non gradevole nelle scale e anche in stanza. Non scendeva l'acqua del bidet. La colazione molto povera per i €10 che abbiamo pagato. La colazione servita alle 8.10 quando normalmente a partire dalle 7.30 si apre la sala colazione, perché eravamo lì per lavoro
