The location was great—right next to my son’s place and all the shops and restaurants we like. But you had to go through certain areas to get to your room, which is frustrating because in every hotel I’ve stayed at, you can always reach your room directly from the entrance. The layout made it impossible to do that. Also, when I booked, there was no mention that the pool and hot tub would be closed after I had already reserved them, which was disappointing. Because of the trouble getting to the room, I won’t stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the grounds were kept in great shape and looked beautiful; we even enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Overall, we liked everything.
