The pair Annarine and Rodney turned our eight‑day visit into an unforgettable holiday; their contagious enthusiasm, energy, and passion kept us well cared for throughout. The village walk, which included a stop at the local school and a feast of local delicacies, felt special, and the two snorkeling trips were exceptional, with Rodney and Annarine ensuring our safety at all times. A special thanks to them both for arranging a beautiful chocolate cake and dinner for my wife’s birthday. We wish them luck with their future plans, but we’re sad to leave.

“Paradise on earth”

Staying at Mahina Lodge was absolutely fantastic; from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The lodge is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and radiates a warm, relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel part of the family. Anne and Rodney are among the kindest, most hospitable hosts we’ve ever met; you can see how much they care about their guests and they go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a wonderful stay. The evenings we spent with them—filled with conversation, laughter, and genuine warmth—made our holiday truly unforgettable. Private chalets, super friendly staff, idyllic location, peaceful surroundings, delicious meals, great facilities—nothing was missing.
