The coen facility was nice, yet the TV in the room wouldn’t turn on and the hair‑dryer outlet was non‑functional.

Check‑in was warm and welcoming, but after staying three days we only received fresh towels when we asked for them.

The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds, but breakfast was chaotic: most items were gone, never restocked, and the buffet wasn’t cleaned until after we left.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly, with no complaints at all.

The space was pleasant, but breakfast was limited and no one cleaned the tables; the bathroom needs a new tub and the floor caulking is awful.
