The stay was only mediocre; several expected amenities were missing. On the last day, the room we got had a bed with a broken leg, which was inconvenient and disappointing. The hotel needs to focus more on room maintenance and make sure all basic facilities are in place before assigning a room. Our slippers were taken by staff without any notice, and we had to make multiple requests before they were returned, which was frustrating. Overall, the hotel should improve cleanliness, basic amenities, and maintenance, and staff should handle guests’ belongings with more care and provide better service.
