Close to the beach, but the accommodation lacked cleanliness, the sofa was made of pallets, the bathroom was horrific, the TV required a remote held close, the bed’s remote didn’t work, the place was untidy, the large room was empty and could have been better arranged.

The spot is spot‑on – right in the middle of everything and the vibe inside the hotel is pretty pleasant, plus you get a solid bang for your buck. The only real gripe was the shower head; it sprayed water all over the floor and at times it looked like a tiny lake in the bathroom.

Being just a short walk from the little paid beach and the nearby eateries was a plus, and the room itself was tidy with staff who were genuinely friendly. The bathroom, however, was a hassle – the toilet bowl isn’t anchored, so it wobbles, and it clogs easily, kind of like the ones you see in Greece.

Everything about the place was spot‑on – clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a quick break.

The hosts were really friendly, the apartment was spotless and the sea view was fantastic. The only downside was the lack of on‑site parking, though there’s a free public lot a short walk away – you just have to be lucky enough to snag a spot.
