The property is welcoming and well‑furnished, offering every comfort for self‑served breakfast with a kettle, microwave, coffee machines, and fresh sweet and savory pastries each morning. We had the chance to dine at the owner’s pub, discovering excellent Molisan products and enjoying a guest discount. We chose Maresia as a stopover on our motorcycle return trip, and Rocco’s hospitality made us want to return for a longer stay. Highly recommended!
“Come a casa”
The staff were courteous and professional, which made my visit a pleasure.
“Piacevole soggiorno”
The B&B was recently renovated, looks modern and functional, and the cleaning is excellent; the breakfast is great and the host is very friendly. However, the lack of outdoor space is noticeable in a seaside setting, so it’s best suited for short stays.
I loved everything about the place, from the flawless management to every detail that made my stay enjoyable.
“Colazione varia e ricca, personale attento, puntuale e disponibile”
The location is perfect for anyone who wants a classic car‑free beach stay; the breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the staff are attentive, punctual, and helpful.
