It was quiet, but when I asked to be woken up at 3 am, they wouldn’t give me a driver, taxi or tuk‑tuk to catch a flight, so I had to put on my long coat and call an Uber.

“A decent stay for the budget price.”

The room matched its price: comfy, roomy, bathroom clean, bed fine, tables, chairs, kettle, HD TV, decent Wi‑Fi, A/C, towels, soap, brush+paste, shampoo, two water bottles, kitchen for ordering food. Breakfast was fine, you could order and eat without issues. Reception and staff were friendly, and a big heater was supplied for hot water. However, the kettle had no tea or coffee packets, the washbasin was still in poor condition, the TV and set‑top box kept restarting but worked after a while, some charging points were in bad shape but functional, and one ceiling light didn’t work. The amenities are understandable for the price.

“Good quiet place to stay and visit”

Check‑in and check‑out were smooth; the hotel is close to major shopping and dining. The AC could be more efficient.

The hotel staff were very helpful and provided great service. However, I found the hotel to be a bit too far off the beaten path, which was a minor inconvenience.
