The hotel is a guesthouse in a small town in a quiet area, with the main road a little further away. The rooms are fairly small but otherwise nicely furnished. The staff are friendly and tidy the rooms daily. There is a tasty breakfast buffet run by two nice ladies and a gentleman. There are shared fridges. The communal baths and showers are clean and appear to be cleaned continuously. It would be good to have soap in every shower instead of just at the sink. There are plenty of parking spaces at the property. The mosquito infestation in the rooms could be addressed; you can’t just open the window at night without hundreds of mosquitoes flooding in. Installing a screen on the windows would help. The first night was not very restful, as I had to go out at 4:00 am to chase mosquitoes and swatted more than 30 of them. The next night was better, but I still had to keep the window closed. The price listed (408 €) was supposed to include all taxes and fees, but at checkout I was charged an additional local tax and mobility fee, bringing the total to 439,20 €. After returning, I read that the 408 € should have already covered all taxes, and the local tax was listed as included in that amount. I have contacted both the host and customer service repeatedly over the past month, but have received no response. It is frustrating to be charged extra fees without explanation, and the lack of accountability is disappointing. For the room it wasn’t really that cheap; a few kilometers away there were other accommodations at the same price with breakfast and private bathrooms.

Nice location with a nice garden and good breakfast. The first room we got on the second floor had a terrible smell. After one night we requested a different room, but the front‑desk girl said it wasn’t possible. After some more pressure we finally received a nicer room. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. The bartender and the staff in the following days were very helpful!
