The pool is warmer and the view is nice, and overall the resort is pretty good. The rooms were clean and nice. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely not tasty, the staff spoke barely any English, the surroundings were not very nice, and there was no grave available.

The hotel is beautiful, with large, well‑maintained, very green grounds; the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortably firm, and the swimming pool is large and clean. The beach is huge, the sea is warm and lovely for swimming, and lunch at the restaurant was excellent—special thanks to the chef, we really enjoyed the food. However, I can’t give it 10/10 because of several issues that affected our stay. The Wi‑Fi was extremely slow; from day one I gave up on the hotel Wi‑Fi and used my phone as a hotspot for my laptop instead. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t powerful enough, especially with the high ceilings, so even at maximum it was still rather warm during the day. Three of our four breakfasts were à la carte and were excellent—no complaints—but one day breakfast was served as a buffet and was very disappointing, with a very limited choice, cold fried eggs, cold fried bananas, and generally poor quality compared with the otherwise excellent food at the hotel. A kitten living around the restaurant repeatedly licked plates with leftover food after the waiters brought them back to be washed; as a cat lover I found this extremely unpleasant, and the staff seemed unconcerned. Overall, it’s a very good hotel with more positives than negatives, but the few negatives were significant enough that I can’t give it a perfect score.

The beach is close, the pool and pool bar are great, and everyone on staff was incredibly friendly.

“Excellent all round in every way”

Everything was perfect—amazing location, the friendliest staff, a comfortable bed, and everything else you could wish for. We booked the island snorkel tour and the dolphins through the hotel, which I highly recommend. A huge thank you to all the staff, especially Putu and Sana. There is nothing to dislike; I could have stayed for a month.

“Lovely rooms in a beautiful garden setting with ocean views and access to many eateries.”

Beachfront, close to dining options, pools, gardens, staff. Some staff were trainees which was good. Mosquito coils kept lit. Was concerned for the staff member who spent the day in a tiny, hot office on the driveway at the entrance to the resort
