The hotel was a 5‑minute walk to the U‑bahn and bus station, near Wandsbek Markt, and the staff were friendly. It was dirty, the neighbors were loud, the windows looked like they hadn't been touched for days.

The staff were okay. The room was not so great; the balcony was difficult to open, there was no ashtray, the bathroom was not clean, and the water was too cold.
