I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff seemed friendly, but they tried to charge us extra, and in the end, they even charged us double, which they never refunded despite numerous promises. The location is quite remote, making it difficult to access without a 4x4 vehicle, and the road conditions are poor, with safety concerns in the surrounding area.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying its beautiful facilities, friendly staff, and great breakfast and dinner buffets. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that it's located far from the main road and up a hill. Overall, it was a nice experience, but the location could be improved.

My stay was a mixed bag, with some wonderful experiences and a few letdowns. The views of the valley were truly spectacular, and our house was comfortable and charming, with plenty of activities for kids, including pony rides, a great pool, and lawn games. The food was good, with a wide variety to choose from, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we did experience some slow service at the restaurant and had issues with warm water due to the solar geyser and overcast weather.

I had a somewhat underwhelming experience at this hotel. On the plus side, I enjoyed the swimming pool and the lovely view from my room. However, I felt that the property was overdecorated, with too much clutter everywhere, which detracted from the natural beauty of the site. Additionally, the track leading up to the hotel was rough in some places, making it a bit of a bumpy arrival.

My stay had its highs and lows. The ambience and views were absolutely amazing, making for a great atmosphere. However, I felt that I didn't get value for my money, and there was a lack of clarity during booking about the fact that I was paying for the bed only, which was a bit misleading.
