Right across from Roma Termini, the central train station, and the hop‑on‑off depot is on the other side of the street; the host was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the amenities were good, even including a coffee machine. Initially, accessing the building was tricky because someone opened the front door without notifying the host; please use the intercom.

Everything was great: the staff, the building’s security, the proximity to the train station, and the quietness of the room. We didn’t have any trouble finding a nearby restaurant. The lift was a relief—no stairs to climb with suitcases. A refrigerator, coffee, and microwave were located ten feet outside the room, and the coffee area was spotless. After eight days, we’re staying another night and looking forward to it. Don’t be deterred by the building’s exterior appearance.
