The location is good, but parking is an issue.

The view overlooks the lake, it's near the park, there’s a car park, and it’s a 5‑minute drive or a 20‑minute walk from the center; bike rentals are available. The only downside is the slight distance from the center.

The spot is very nice and close to Hannover’s main area, and the breakfast is ready and great. There’s no minibar, so you must go downstairs to buy snacks or drinks. Parking is only outside under trees, costing €13 at night.

The place is very good and, despite being next to a football stadium, remains relatively quiet on the Maschsee. It’s not far from the city center, and the nearby Sprengel Museum is worth seeing. The room was comfortably spacious, the staff helpful and friendly, the breakfast good, and parking is close by.
