Breakfast was satisfying and genuine. The location is very good. The large garden is well maintained and very clean. The pool is beautiful and inviting.

The place above Bolsena is huge and kept in great shape, offering lovely views and a unique vibe. The host, the owner, and the whole family work hard to make guests feel at home. Even though it sits a bit higher up, it’s still close to the lake and the town center. The swimming pool is nice and the breakfast is perfect for anyone who loves sweets. Five attractive towns are within a 15‑minute drive. There isn’t really anything to complain about; the only initial impression might be that the barns on the property look scattered, but it’s one of the best agrotourism spots I’ve visited.
