I liked the bed and the location, but the elevator didn’t work and the staff didn’t check the phone; the app showed a different location than the actual hotel, so I spent about 40 minutes looking for the place.

The facilities were fine, yet any guest could stay over thirty minutes without anyone reporting it, and the staff, especially the night shift, were unhelpful and blamed me for loud volume.
