The location makes it easy to reach both the old and new downtown, and there is parking for our campervan.

The property is lovely and the room is in a good spot; the best part is the friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I only discovered about the free glass of wine was on our last evening 🙃

This is a fabulous place to stay in Santiago—great location, comfort, history, and especially the incredible staff. Lautaro, Claudio, and Carolina were outstanding; Lautaro always made us feel wonderfully welcome and never seemed too busy to chat, giving useful tips. The hotel excels in hospitality. We booked the suite, which was absolutely wonderful—the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with a fabulous shower too. Nothing to complain about!

What a cute boutique hotel with a great history we love. The building has been lovingly restored, and each room has a theme; ours was Poet, so there was poetry on the wall, a typewriter, etc.—very fun. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for the shower, and the darkening shades worked perfectly for sleeping. Breakfast was tasty with many good options to start the day. There is no elevator, so the staff kindly help people with their bags. The neighborhood was lively in the evenings when we arrived, but in the mornings it was super quiet and easy to walk around. It feels very residential, so there isn’t much commercial activity immediately by the hotel. We would have gladly stayed more nights, but we were just transiting through at that time. The toilet was a little finicky to stop the flush, it runs a long time, but otherwise everything was in great shape and well restored.
