“Unique and magical, I didnt want to leave”

The resort’s design is impressive, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful, and the atmosphere captures a rainforest vibe so well you rarely feel the need to leave the property. Breakfast is extensive, and there are five parks to choose from, with the night safari being the best. The resort also features restaurants, coffee shops, and a tasty refreshments section. However, the staff aren’t very friendly, the tree house rates are a bit high, and each service must be paid for separately.

“Dramatic building with a great roof top pool. Staff are good and it's very convenient for the zoo.”

We arrived to find our room still unfinished, supposedly delayed because Disney Cruise guests were still occupying the building. The front desk sent us down to a basement restaurant that only offered a children's chocolate buffet—no adult options like tea, coffee, or bar drinks. We had to keep checking back with reception to learn when our room would be ready, which left a bad first impression. The hotel only has two restaurants: a small, pricey one and a standard buffet, while other nearby options near the Zoo offer better value.

Everything was wonderful—parks, room view, and food. We booked a five‑course meal at the Forage restaurant, but the advertised price was misleading; you should double‑check and call for the exact cost instead of relying on the reservation message.
