The Cartwright Suites and Lounge

The staff were helpful, but there was no AC cooling and the water stopped working.

The room was decent, the AC worked perfectly, and the bedsheets were clean; the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I first got room 205, which didn’t suit me, so I switched to room 101 near the receptionist; it was very clean and comfortable, but the hot water wasn’t working, so they boiled water for my bath. Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, the location was calm and easy to find, but the price was too high; I still recommend it. I gave them 3 stars. The shower and toilet cleaning need improvement.

“Good ambience, nice environment but no integrity from staff. They lied that I cancel the booking.”

The ambience was fine, but they claimed I cancelled my booking when I didn’t; they lied about me, even though I paid and stayed.

The breakfast could really improve; everything else was wonderful.
