“I was satisfied with a nice lady at the desk and the room was adequate and comfortable.”

The lobby lacked a breakfast area that was 10’ × 10’ with a countertop stocked with coffee and protein bars, yet for the price I paid the room was nice, adequate, and clean, the desk lady was extremely kind and helpful, and I didn’t expect much more; I rested well and could keep traveling.

The value for money was appropriate, but breakfast was only a single snack bar on the go.

The location was good, yet loud construction disturbed us, the cable didn’t work, customer service was mediocre, and they insisted on seeing my credit card and making copies of it.

“Stayed here one night, me and my friend went to a concert and it was perfect! 20 min from concert, we were able to come”

I stayed only one night, but I was genuinely impressed—clean, comfy, and everything worked great, though the office is super small.

“I will never go back or recommend.”

Nothing. The pool was filthy n couldn’t be used. Our room door didn’t lock with the deadbolt. We left immediately n found a different room. The clerk at the desk was rude and unprofessional from the time we got there to when we gave them the key n told them we were leaving. Horrible. Everything
