We arrived at the hotel after paying a pricey taxi from elsewhere, only to be told there was no availability and they couldn’t accommodate us. We showed a confirmed reservation that was approved, yet they claimed an app glitch. In the end we had nowhere to sleep and had to hunt for another place. The last‑minute booking was much pricier and the new spot didn’t offer good value. Because of this, we ended up paying more for lodging and another taxi to the new location. We’re asking for a fair settlement for the extra costs caused by the reservation issue. Thank you for your understanding and attention.

The place is very well located, the staff are friendly, and the room is comfortable and quiet. I liked everything.

The location is great and the breakfast was very good. The room had a stale smell, and the sheets and towels were stained.
