No Spanish assistance. The reception staff were very unempathetic; we had a medical emergency at night and they never asked what was happening, nor did they check on us after we returned from the hospital. Frankly, disappointing for a Melia property. We had dinner included, and the menu was awful and almost the same every night.

Great location. Easy walk to major sites and just enough removed to be quiet and feel less touristy. Room very comfortable and super clean. Enjoyed the mini bar that was refilled every day! Breakfast was great. Front desk and restaurant staff so very friendly and helpful. Nothing

Everything – the location is ideal for walking around Prague – our room was excellent, the bedding was very good, and it was very quiet, you could hear nothing. The free minibar is replenished daily and is much appreciated. The breakfast is top quality and varied. We had half board, and the evening meals were very good. The staff are very welcoming and kind – they take care of everything – a big thank you to them. In short, I loved our stay at this establishment. Nothing – everything was perfect – we would have liked to stay longer; our four days went by too quickly.
