They just pulled the plug on my reservation out of the blue—no explanation, no warning. I was left scrambling for a place at the last minute. Definitely not the kind of service I expect.
Breakfast was weak, nothing to write home about. The online photos showed a completely different room layout, and there were dogs roaming around the dining area, which was off‑putting. All in all, the price‑to‑value ratio was terrible.
