“War ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder.”

Everyone in the whole building is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful with everything you need, perfectly located near both parks and shopping. Breakfast is good. The guest card gives discounts and free park tickets for the parks and the entire stay. Parking is at the hotel, with two spots that have an E‑charging station.

“Perfekt für einen Ausflug in den Europapark”

We had a very pleasant stay and can recommend this hotel without reservation. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are modern, clean, and set to a very good standard, making you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. A major plus is the charging stations for electric cars, offering excellent rates. The location is ideal for visiting Europa‑Park; the park is easily reachable on foot, which makes the stay especially convenient. The breakfast buffet isn’t huge, but it offers a good selection and everything you need for a great start to the day; the quality of the products is convincing. Overall, a very good hotel with excellent value for money, and we would stay here again anytime. One night was too short 😝.
