I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was simply amazing, starting with the pleasant and attentive staff who made us feel completely welcome. The location is also fantastic-just a short walk from Dostyk Plaza, and right next to the Terrenkur, which is a wonderful place for peaceful walks. Best of all, you can actually hear the river flowing right from your room, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere

The room was spotless, cozy, and pleasant, and the staff were polite; it was quiet inside and the hotel’s location was great, but the Wi‑Fi signal in the room was weak.
