I rented a camper and it allowed us to explore the entire island thoroughly. The vehicle was a bit older, but that didn't bother us since it had its quirks. It got us where we wanted to go, and it was very reliable. The steep hills it climbed were a challenge, but we don't have those at home, and we live on a hill with a 14% slope. The accommodations were simple but sufficient, and the bed was comfortable.

The island was amazing, with stunning natural scenery and few people around. Renting a camper was an excellent way to explore the island and stay in places that suited our taste. The owners were fantastic, very helpful and friendly, and they responded quickly to any issues we had. However, the weather could have been better, as there were clouds on the middle part of the island, obstructing our view of the surrounding landscape.
