La Concha is central to everything and feels upscale from the moment you step foot onto the property! They put forth great effort and attention to every detail, and the staff were all EXCELLENT, especially Eric—always going the extra mile! Our stay was PERFECTION.

It wasn’t great; it was very expensive and not worth the price, and the good could improve because it was very expensive and lacked flavor.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the beds were poor and the price‑performance ratio didn’t match up, plus the pool was too small.

The place was in a great spot, right near most Key West attractions, and they offered flavored water in the lobby that kept my bottle full; the only downside was that there was just one old, slow elevator, which is the only complaint I have, and I’d still stay there if I came back.

The location, facilities, and rooms were solid, but the pool was a bit small and not supervised by staff, and breakfast service was somewhat slow.
