One of the most pleasant hotels I've seen in Turkey, full of charm and an inexplicable soul, perfectly situated on a large quiet square with an attached underground parking; GPS finds it easily, just take the tram street when you arrive. Bursa is a nice central city, especially for its silk market, Koza Han. The arrival in Bursa at night was very long and crowded, a painful moment.

The hotel is extremely well located, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are great, breakfast on request. The only issue with this type of beautiful old hotel is the poor sound insulation from the street.

A place with history but not well preserved, messy and dark. The maintenance is not controlled; the lights don't work well, the bathroom paper was not restocked even after being notified and despite having enough staff. Not all lights worked and no improvement was made. The rooms are pretty but not well cared for or very clean.

Hotel in the city center, although it claims 2 stars it's actually good, parking included. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious and cozy, just a few meters from everything. Bars are nearby, close to the bazaar. The ceilings are bare, you hear everything from other rooms. Wi‑Fi is very weak. It's amazing there is no milk for breakfast. There are furniture and a kitchen counter but no plates or cutlery, a real shame. The fridge is broken and hasn't been checked.

All major sights are within walking distance, trams and metro buses are convenient, though taxis are pricey; buses are also an option. The lighting in the room could be brighter; note that this is a 15th‑century building.
