“Could not have asked for better”
The hotel sits opposite Alnwick Castle, making the surroundings ideal, and the breakfast offers plenty of variety with waiter‑served cooked options. The restaurant is modern, tasteful, and a great choice for dinner as well. The room is light and spacious, the bathroom facilities are fabulous, and every staff member we met was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The only drawback is that the bedroom could use more drawer space.
“Excellent, a little pricey but well worth it”
The place is beautiful, but the walk from the car park is very steep.
“Excellent hotel - very comfortable - high standards”
The interior fit‑out is excellent throughout, with high‑quality fittings and great design, although some staff delivered service below expectations.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location, with staff who are friendly and eager to help.
“Perfect in every way. Would go back at the drop of a hat.”
The hotel is exceptional, the location is superb, the rooms are fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and the staff are attentive and willing to do anything for you.
