We arrived by car and parked right by the windows without extra fees, and everything was close to the interesting spots for me; the staff were very attentive from the moment we checked in, and we even booked a balloon flight on site for a great price. The room was spacious with a fireplace we lit in the evening while sipping Cappadocian wine, and the bathroom had a jacuzzi that felt like a different era; every detail, from the Eastern‑themed mirror to the desk and wardrobe accents, showed the owners cared. The price was reasonable for that level of comfort, especially compared to Gereme where nothing similar exists. We were disappointed that the hotel only served breakfast and that there was no option to order room service; we had to stock up on the way because we arrived after midnight. The breakfast lacked hot items like omelets or meat dishes, even though we would have gladly paid for them, but otherwise there were boiled eggs, hot potatoes, cheeses, spreads, vegetables, sauces, and dry cereals for a light snack.

We stayed at Karis Cappadocia Cave Hotel on 5 August and left very satisfied; the atmosphere truly captured the spirit of Cappadocia, the rooms were clean, meticulous, and very comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. We especially thank Mr. Lokman for his attentive, friendly, and solution‑oriented service throughout our stay, which made us feel at ease and welcomed; the hotel’s natural and sincere approach to hospitality is something we would gladly choose again if we return to Cappadocia.

We were treated like dear guests and were the first visitors after the renovation; we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The cozy setting and vintage items gave the impression of traveling in the age of great discoveries. We were well taken care of: delicious breakfasts, a clean room, and generous local recommendations. This is Cappadocia, a place we want to return to; if we ever find ourselves there again, we’ll stay here. It was the best experience of our Turkey trip. If we could perfect it, we’d like a shelf installed in the shower.
