Not acceptable. Not acceptable.
Only the location matters. The room did not match the pictures in the reservation, and when I refused the offered room I was charged the difference for a third room. The hotel was not clean from the entrance to the room. Definitely not a place for a family. When I canceled, I was almost charged half the fee, but I had to stay. The only plus was that it is in Tahrir Square, but I do not recommend it.
