Convenient hotel in the city centre, yet quiet and peaceful. Fantastic breakfasts. Very pleasant and helpful staff, especially Ms. Ania. The room could have been a bit larger.

The breakfast served was excellent. Daugavpils is a fairly small town where everything is within walking distance. I came to Daugavpils to visit the Mark Rothko Centre, which I found very friendly and accommodating, and that sentiment extends to Biplan City and the city of Daugavpils as a whole.
