The best thing is that this property is just near Kuantan Art Street, Kuantan 188, and directly opposite Kuantan Merdeka, making it easy to navigate the town. The downside is that the rooms have no windows, the walls and washroom look dated, and the bed was not in the best condition.

It’s surprising that the lobby doesn’t have a visitor toilet. The check‑in was very late, and I thought a slightly late check‑out would be accepted. Even an hour late check‑out incurs a flat rate of RM10 per hour.

The staff are good, the location is great, and the room is fine. The mattress isn’t very clean, and the pillow isn’t very pleasant to look at.
