The cleanliness and food at this hotel were amazing.
Everything was great, the all-inclusive price was excellent and the food was well-prepared.
The staff's service was outstanding, particularly Geovanna and Marly, who worked in the afternoon.

“NUNCA MAIS SE POSSIVEL PASSO NEM PERTO”
Nothing good at all; everything was horrible. The ad claimed the walls were sound‑proof, yet I didn’t sleep all night because of the neighbor’s music and the chatter of guests and staff. Everything was terrible: the bathtub didn’t work, the TV was tiny, and the room smelled bad.
“Uma ótima estadia.”
I ate the three meals (dinner, breakfast, and lunch) and each was fantastic and spot‑on, but the staff didn't know about the Vitara Motel package, even denied it existed; after calling the manager several times they finally approved it!
“Bom”
The service was flawless, especially Marli at reception, yet the room we stayed in needs a basic renovation.
Great place. The food was the only downside.
