“Nice place but too expensive for what it offers”

The place was modern and the food was good, but the shower head was broken and some of the facilities felt a bit outdated.

“Recomandat cu caldura”

The room was huge (including the bathroom), the furniture was modern, the sound insulation was good, the in‑room amenities were excellent, and both dinner and breakfast were superb; the hotel itself was stylishly modern and we felt very comfortable. However, we had trouble lowering the room temperature—setting the A/C to 23‑24 °C seemed to lock it at 27 °C even though outside was only 25 °C, so we didn’t need it that warm.

“Verificati personalul din receptie”

The hotel was modern with all the facilities and the breakfast was good, but the booking was clear for one adult and one child, yet they tried to charge an extra 50 % for the child, even though the email had the correct details and it was an apartment; the attempt was ridiculous. Before arrival they tried to make me cancel because of an event at the venue, even though all rooms were listed as available on the booking site. I wonder if the manager knows about such reception practices.

“Luxe hotel met prima restaurant”

The new building was stylish, the décor was luxurious, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly; the restaurant offered a wide menu.

The staff were very attentive, the place was clean, the food in the in‑house restaurant was excellent, and the rooms were large and bright. The only downside was the cigarette smoke that drifted into the restaurant from their closed terrace.
